Exhibit

Why Exhibit?

Getting to know food and lifestyle journalists can make a big difference in getting the market to notice new food and beverage products. The right exposure in the right place can take a new product from obscurity to national prominence really fast.

Food Fête brings all the players together in an intimate, invitation-only press reception and new product showcase where food, beverage and gourmet kitchenware companies meet one-on-one with top journalists. In just a few hours, Food Fête can help you accomplish what could otherwise take many months and a significant budget to achieve.

Download the Summer 2009 Event Brochure for more details, or get started today by submitting the Summer 2009 Exhibitor Application.

Editors who have previously attended Food Fête tell us the intimate setting and lively atmosphere provide a level of interaction they just don’t find during trade show booth visits. They also like sampling new products in a small, manageable location where they don’t feel rushed.

To meet the needs of companies of all sizes and budgets, Food Fête offers three ways to participate:

Exhibitor Level: Companies get their own exhibit table to offer samples to press attendees. Three company representatives may attend at this level, which also includes the option to put one product in the media gift bag. Fee: $2,450.

Gift Bag Level: Very popular among the press, our Food Fête media gift bag is a great way to make sure editors receive your product to take home for more thorough evaluation. Two representatives may attend Food Fête at this level to network with journalists. Fee: $1,000 per product.

Networking Level: One representative can attend Food Fête to network with journalists. No product sampling or distribution is included at this level. Fee: $350 per person.

Public Relations Agencies

Food Fête works closely with public relations agencies to support their client media relations programs. If you work for a PR firm and have clients that could benefit from meeting with journalists at Food Fête, contact us to discuss exhibitor and/or sponsorship opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

The products that excite us most span multiple categories, with the primary emphasis on being new. That’s why the press come to Food Fête, so the newest products are most likely to capture their attention. We’re particularly interested in hearing about soon-to-be-released products having little or no market awareness.
